  • What is your list to closed ratio and why is that important to me as a Seller?

  • Are you a member of a Multiple Listing System (MLS) and why is that of value to me as a Seller?

  • Do you have an aggressive marketing program that is planned and prepared to show a Seller?

  • Do you have samples of your marketing programs and materials to show?
